I so enjoyed the first book in the Creepy Hollow series, The Faerie Guardian. It is refreshing to read a book that is so well written. The protagonist, Violet Fairdale is guarding a human who then follows her back to the fae world and starts her on a journey of self-discovery and peril which affects the entire fae world.

I love the first-person narrative, the coming of age conflicts, the rivalry, the enchantments, the battles, etc. Ms. Morgan describes a wonderfully enchanted world with its many inhabitants. The pace is quick and the story complex enough to keep it interesting. So interesting that I immediately purchased the next installment in the series.

I highly recommend this book for YA and fantasy lovers. Great entertainment.
