It is hard to believe I have been back for about 30 days. My body still wants to walk and as I read my journal and listen to the interviews, I still get that “Camino High.” I am so lucky.
Today I finished reading the Pilgrimage by Paolo Coehlo. Although this was more about the spiritual journey than the “Strange Road to Santiago,” I enjoyed the book and am glad so many interviewees suggested to me.
What have I been up to? Organizing the chapters, creating a spreadsheet to categorize the interviews, developing this web page, and verifying email addresses. I have transcribed five conversations, but only one or two are approaching completeness.
